Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with in 48 hrs. of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue, we will replace the item, if we do not have it in stock we can issue a credit or refund, IF the item is altered in any way we will no longer be able to issue a refund or replacement. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Â
Returns
We offer a 14 day return policy if for any reason you are not happy with your items that are in still in their new original condition. You will be refunded to your original payment method for the total of your order amount (minus all shipping and insurance costs). Custom Items and DTF Transfers CANNOT be returned.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Personal items (such as face masks, bathing suits, undergarments, socks), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Items that have washed, worn, used, printed on, or altered in ANY WAY are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items, gift cards, custom items, or DTF Transfers.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Items that have washed, worn, used, printed on, or altered in ANY WAY are not eligible for a refund.
