Pro Blanks Shipping Info & Policies
We ship orders Monday - Friday from our warehouse in Addison, Illinois USA. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. Processing time is 3-5 business days, this does not include weekend or holidays. (If you need to expedite your order please add our “Rush my Order” service and your order will be brought to the front of the line and shipped out within 48 hours.)
We offer several shipping options for your convenience... Shipping is based on weight and location.
- USPS First Class Mail
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Mail Express
- UPS Ground
Please keep in mind due to Covid-19 the USPS is experiencing shipping delays that are unfortunately out of our control. We recommend choosing UPS as your shipping carrier as they have been more reliable during these times. If you prefer USPS we recommend to select Priority Mail during checkout as this includes $100 of insurance in the case of lost packages.
We also off additional Route shipping insurance for extra protection. This covers the cost of your package if lost or stolen. If you choose not to purchase the additional insurance unfortunately we are unable to refund you or replace your items if your package is lost or stolen.
Please note, once your package has been shipped and leaves our hands it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier chosen by you. Pro Blanks is NOT Responsible for any delivery delays or lost packages that may occur. If you have a problem with your package, please contact your shipping carrier directly, as they can better assist your in locating your package.
You MUST file a claim with the USPS or UPS prior to filing a claim with us for a refund.

Make sure when your order is placed that you input your correct shipping address. Once your order is placed we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. Pro Blanks is NOT Responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address.
We do NOT offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please make sure your order is correct before placing your order, as we CANNOT make changes or add to your order once it has been placed.
If you receive an incorrect, missing, or defective item:
