User Agreement to Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms: By uploading an image and placing an order with ProBlanks.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this policy. This agreement is effective upon your use of our service and remains effective until terminated by either you or us.

2. Responsibility for Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services is in compliance with this policy and all applicable laws and regulations.

Customer's Responsibility

1. Image Rights and Permissions: When you upload a design to ProBlanks.com for DTF transfer printing, you affirm that you have the legal right to use the image. This includes ensuring that the image does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProBlanks.com, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these terms, your violation of any rights of another, or any content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through our services.

3. Content Verification: While ProBlanks.com does not review the content for legal compliance, we reserve the right to refuse to process any order that we believe may infringe on the rights of a third party or violate any laws.

Pro Blanks Limitation of Liability

1. No Responsibility for Uploaded Content:  ProBlanks.com is not responsible for the content of the images uploaded by the customer. Our role is strictly limited to printing the designs onto DTF transfer sheets as per the customer’s instructions. We only use the designs to fulfill the orders, and reserve to use it only in the case of marketing purposes in social media channels.

2. No Redistribution or Sharing: We do not redistribute, share, or otherwise make public any images uploaded by our customers. All uploaded content is considered confidential and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. 

3. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall ProBlanks.com, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our services, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein.

Amendments

Problanks.com reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. All amendments to this policy will be posted on the website and effective immediately upon posting.
